If you have the kind of dedication to devote hours and hours to using a specific 3-man team and learning their longest, most damaging trap combos, you can tole rate the massive control response fluctuations and you don't mind the severe lack of diversity in online opponents who will either spam their way to victory or rage-quit when on the receiving end, then this is probably the ideal game for you. This game is riddled with flaws, the online modes are shoddy, half the characters are overpowered or broken, control responsiveness fluctuates too severely in online play, any noteworthy bonus content can only be obtained by paying for DLC, the learning curve is ridiculous, the CPU plays like the cheapest human opponents on a whim, one mistake/misfire can screw your whole match and for whatever reason, the more I play this game, the worse I get at it! I didn't like the art style or the character roster, but I loved the first two MvC games so I indulged. Capcom 3 also includes online support in a number of tournament-style play modes.
